BIL wanted to develop a communication strategy aimed at valorising its attractiveness as an employer. The aim was to attract young talent and positively promote career opportunities within the bank.
Solution
Lola developed a purpose-built strategy that capitalised on employee experiences and showcased the bank's ability to offer career opportunities, by using employee testimonials. Testimonial videos, as well as a communication campaign and a new website dedicated to human resources, supported this strategy.
